Order & Shipping Schedule

Monday – Friday

• Orders placed before 3:00 PM will be shipped the same day.
• Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be processed and shipped the next business day.

Saturday

• Orders placed before 1:00 PM will be shipped the same day.
• Orders placed after 1:00 PM will be shipped the following day.

Please note: Orders received on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

SHIPPING RULES & RESTRICTIONS

• EXPAND does not responsible in risk of loss of the merchandise after Courier delivers to the designated address.
• Customers are responsible for all shipping fees incurred when returning goods.
• We also do not responsible for any additional taxes and duties charged. If you decide to refuse the delivery, you are responsible in all fees charged by shipping company – both for sending and returning the product to us.
